Ian Hodge Appointed CEO of Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital
Ian Hodge, M.B.A., has been named chief executive officer of Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital, a partnership of HealthSouth and Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC). In his position as CEO at Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital, he oversees all of the hospital’s day-to-day operations as well as patient quality and care.
Hodge comes to Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital after serving as program director of Healogics, Inc. at YRMC where he handled operations, quality, financial and talent management as well as marketing and compliance. He has more than 15 years of healthcare experience and leadership including the areas of rehabilitation, home health and hospice.
“Ian brings an array of healthcare experience to the CEO role at Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital,” said Jerry Gray, president of the west region for HealthSouth. “Most importantly, Ian shares in our commitment of providing a higher level of care to our patients and their families and a mission of getting our patients back to living life to the fullest.”
Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital is an inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to patients recovering from conditions such as stroke and other neurological disorders, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, complex orthopedic conditions, and cardiac and pulmonary conditions. To allow the hospital to serve more individuals in need of rehabilitation services, the hospital recently completed a 10-bed expansion which will soon bring the number of patient beds to 51.
